Katherine Bowser Research Analyst

Dr. Katherine M. Bowser comes to NCTQ with over a decade of experience in education. Her experiences span higher education administration, edtech, and K-12 policy research. Dr. Bowser's research has examined reformed teacher evaluation systems and their effects on important teacher and student outcomes. Additionally, her dissertation studied the effects of four-day school week adoption on educator turnover and district financial outcomes. Dr. Bowser holds a BS in Neuroscience from Allegheny College, an MA in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University, and a PhD in Education, with concentrations in Education Policy and Econometrics/Quasi-Experimental Methodology, from George Mason University.
